Short Story

  • Military Spouse & Momma to Wrangler Bear, her 7 year old pup
  • Known for her love of Jack Daniels, Biscuits & Gravy, and Kendra Scott
  • Currently based out Palm Springs, CA (although this is always changing with a husband who is in the Marine Corps) but service Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and beyond!

Long Story

Owner and Principal Planner of Just Us Weddings, Courtney Justice, grew up in Central Florida, but don’t let that fool you as her heart belongs to Nashville, Tennessee, along with all of her southern hospitality. She is a lover of everything outdoors, country music and some good ole southern cooking.

As a Master Certified Wedding Planner & Designer with The Bridal Society, Courtney has always had a passion for bringing people together, and always for a good time. She loves creating and inspiring, and is addicted to finding the beauty in every detail.

Courtney’s background in hospitality began at the University of West Florida, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Recreation and Resort Management.

Following so, she was fortunate enough to work with numerous businesses, corporations and associations, such as the Grand Ole Opry and Ronald McDonald House Charities. She studied under the Director of Sales at the Grand Ole Opry, who taught her how to share her love of the Opry and its story to anyone who would listen. With the Ronald McDonald House, Courtney worked with the Guest Services and Events team, planning events, fundraisers and board meetings as well as meeting the families staying in the home and hearing their stories.

Her passion for weddings began early in her life, but truly flourished when Courtney was hired as both a Catering & Event and Wedding Planner for a small catering company along with their sister wedding planning company in Pensacola, Florida.

While there Courtney studied under Gulf Coast wedding planner Paul Silivos, and soon enough began taking on her own accounts once she became certified. During her time living in Pensacola, she was fortunate enough to be able to plan weddings in the most beautiful of venues; ranging from downtown courtyards, private residences, plantations, boutique hotels and of course the beautiful Pensacola Beach. She also assisted in the planning of Naval birthday balls, luxury car dealership grand openings, military change-of-commands, promotions and retirements as well as non-profit fundraisers.

Courtney’s love for wedding planning and design has grown into her passion. A passion to make a fantastic celebration come to life! She specializes in personalizing each and every step of the planning process to your wants and needs, and will make your event absolutely one of a kind.
